Adjustment for acquisition of subsidiary 823,756

Hence PPE increased from 1.4 billion to 2.4 billion
Admin expenses down.
Interest bearing borrowings down from 2 billion to 1.2 billion
NAVPS incresed from 0.95 to 14.32

Last two quarters they were in profits ( 0.28 +0.70 ) Rs 1.00 per share but due to previous qtr losses Y/Y loss is 0.77 per share.


I Agree with you about Buying @ 7.50. (and done )

Main concern is, they still have 1.2 billion loans . I think manageable.


No announcements in CSE site. What they have sold or bought in billion during last qtr - not disclosed. No enough info to take big decisions.

My biggest concern is how the group revenue is 40% less than the company revenue.

Why this can be seen this year. Last year this type of inequaliy couldn't be seen.
