What is the benefit of buying an acre for 70 million ?

This  land is in adjacent to hundreds of houses in Millennium City Ekala.  If any pollution in Al production then it should be by polluting air. Worst than Ratupaswala.

BTW, Alumex is having a big factory and warehouse in Sapugaskande, over 6 acres.   I went there 4 days ago.
